Shipping policy

At Tweunboy, we aim to deliver your favourite women’s clothing quickly, safely, and smoothly. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or minimum order value (as per website offer).

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply depending on location.

  • For repeated COD return cases, future orders may require prepaid payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS

  • You can track real-time updates until the order reaches your doorstep

If tracking does not update for 48 hours, contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Tweunboy is not responsible for delay or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer not available at delivery time

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Package

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Share photos + video with us within 24 hours of delivery
    We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

If a package is lost in transit, Tweunboy will take full responsibility and issue a replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Tweunboy delivers only within India.
International shipping will be added soon.
