At Tweunboy, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • You submit the return request within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items bought during clearance or special sale

  • Accessories (if hygiene-related)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [your email/WhatsApp] within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide order number, product name, and return reason

  3. Our team will review your request

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item to our return address

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the product passes quality checks.

Refund Options:

  • Store Credit: Fastest option, issued within 24–48 hours after approval

  • Bank/UPI Refund: May take 5–7 working days to reflect

  • Original Payment Method Refund: Based on your payment provider’s timeline

Refund Not Applicable If:

  • Product is damaged, used, or missing tags

  • Product fails quality inspection

  • Return request is raised after the 7-day window

4. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective or wrong product received

Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Share unboxing video + images within 24 hours of delivery

  • We will provide a replacement at no extra cost

No replacement will be processed without proof.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible

  • Refund for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 3–5 working days
